DR OBURU OGINGA is the founder and Chairman of the Siaya Community Digital Hub. He is currently serving as senator for Siaya County . He is an immediate former member for the East African Legislative Assembly.He is the former assistant minister for finance in the 2008 Grand Coalition government and a former Member of the Kenyan Parliament

CPA Vincent Omondi is Consultant at Aggrey & Company – CPA(K), where he specializes in audit and assurance, accountancy, taxation, financial and business advisory. He has expertise in financial restructuring. He is in-charge of engagements with non-profit making organizations, designing and execution of capacity building with partner organizations. He is also engaged in project audits, advisory services in planning and budgeting and the development of internal audit charters
